It’s World Whisky Day on Saturday May 20th and we’re ready to celebrate the amazing amber elixir we all know and love.
We are so excited to collaborate with Nikka Whisky, who boast some of the greatest Japanese Whiskys the world has seen as they curate a selection of their best to pair alongside an amazing menu from Chefs Stephen Clark and Yosuke Furukawa.
Emerge yourself in the complexities of whiskys such as Nikka Days, Nikka From The Barrell, Yoichi Single Malt, Taketsuru Pure Malt and maybe even something extra special from Nikka’s reserve range.
What’s on the menu you ask? Nothing pairs better with a beautiful Japanese whisky than some rich, indulgent, melt-in-your mouth wagyu.
Each course will feature wagyu in a variety of different forms, from classically chargrilled over our binchotan robatayaki grill, diced into a delicate and flavourful tartare to even rendered and made into an ultra-lux dessert.
This is an afternoon for whisky fans of all levels, wagyu lovers, and people who just love to eat and drink.

Price: $220 per person for a 4 course lunch with matched whiskys including an arrival cocktail.
Please note this event is allocated seating with communal tables. Due to the nature of this event we are unable to cater to any dietary requirements or allergies. The menu also includes a selection of paired whisky which cannot be substituted.
