Join Chef Yosuke Furukawa in our test kitchen for an exclusive look at what he does best while learning a few tips and tricks to cooking Robata style at home.
Watch and learn as Yosuke demonstrates breaking down and preparing tuna, before you make and enjoy your own sashimi and nigiri. Then enjoy a delicious lunch of chargrilled Robata favourites, sides and dessert with a selection of paired sakes.
