Following the smashing success of this year’s Top To Bottom event at the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, we’re thrilled to welcome back the fabulous Sake Mistress Simone Maynard for an afternoon of flavor, fun, and fabulous tunes! 

As a Sake Samurai with years of expert training, Simone will be your guide through each sake pairing. She’ll share the captivating stories and hidden secrets behind every pour, making each sip an adventure. 

Enjoy Simone’s curated selection of sake, presented in a variety of vessels and temperatures alongside a delicious menu from Chefs Stephen Clark and Yosuke Furukawa.  

And to crank up the excitement, each course will be accompanied by its own unique soundtrack, creating a sensational fusion of flavours and music that will make every bite a memorable experience.
