In partnership with Food and Drink Victoria, we are very excited to team up with Australia's one and only Sake brewer Melbourne Sake for an exciting collaboration. 

Expect to see some exciting cocktails and delicious dishes featuring Melbourne Sake's core range all month long right here at Robata.

Try the Melbourne Sake Highball ($20) A classic sake highball with an autumnal twist made with Melbourne Sake Koshihikari, Pear and cinnamon soda.

Or if you prefer something stronger the Yuzu Martinez ($21) is the perfect choice. A theorised predecessor to the Martini, this twist on a Martinez embraces modern Australian ingredients and Japanese style. Combining Melbourne Sake Koshihikari and Four Pillars Fresh Yuzu Gin.

Chef Yosuke couldn’t wait to get started on some unique and exclusive snacks for the occasion too. His favourite fish, blue fin tuna gets transformed into a delicious Tuna Tataki with Melbourne Sake ponzu, sea urchin, salmon roe and wasabi salsa ($28).

Jerky lovers, get ready to have your socks blown off. Yosuke’s Blue Fin Tuna Jerky with Melbourne Sake mayo ($8) is the perfect snack to match with the Melbourne Sake Highball.
