If you’re looking for something light and delicious before or after a day at the courts, we have created the perfect set menu for just $65 per person that can be enjoyed in an hour. Featuring including two kinds of yakitori, an oyster with sake ponzu, seared salmon sashimi, a chirashi hand roll and a black sesame parfait with matcha chocolate for dessert. Perfect!

Exclusive Cocktail Specials with Never Never Gin

A refreshing gin cocktail is always needed after a hot day at the Tennis. We are beyond excited to collaborate for the first time with Never Never Gin on two bespoke cocktails just for the A.O.

Never Never’s Triple Juniper Gin is mixed with honeydew and tonic water to make a refreshing Double Deuce. Or try the Love-Love, our take on a classic martini including Never Never Oyster Shell gin, dry vermouth, red shiso and a mist of Lagavulin 16 to give a smoky luxe hit.

Premium Dry Aged Beef from Black Opal Wagyu

We were lucky enough to receive some beautiful Black Opal Wagyu before the Christmas break and have been saving it in our dry ager just for the Aus Open.

Starting Sunday the 12th you can enjoy a premium cut of marble score 7 Black Opal Wagyu. Dry aged in house for 28 days and cooked to perfection over the Robatayaki grill. It really doesn’t get better than that.

Black Opal is an award-winning F1 Wagyu produced in Victoria using an Angus and Wagyu cross. It strikes the perfect balance of silky texture and buttery flavour, delivering an exceptional eating experience.
